A successful August 2 player follow-up now gives this achievement a reproducible route: use Pressure 1, green Antlers, Revenge, Physical, Dodge, and regeneration.
Attack available wildlife, especially blobfish, while avoiding incoming hits so Antlers self-damage can become the dominant self-inflicted damage source.
The player reports that killing Krabkarren awarded the achievement on the first try; exact stat values and the starting Genetic remain Unknown.
