Use affinity labels to find related evolution cards, then judge each choice by its effect and the needs of your current run.

These are routes to compare, not bonuses granted by the label. Check each card’s actual effect before selecting it.

Run checklist

Start with the cards you actually have. Find their affinity labels in the evolution index and use them to locate related options.
Compare the card effects before choosing: matching labels do not guarantee that a card fixes your damage, movement or survival problem.
Keep the scope of a route example in mind. A successful community run can show one combination, but cannot establish that an affinity is always best or that mixing affinities is always weak.
For a Carcinisation route, read the individual card effects and costs rather than choosing every card solely for its theme.
Use the linked routes to compare different approaches. In the Planner, affinity counts describe your selected cards; they do not calculate in-game bonuses or winning odds.
