Run checklist

  1. Projectile Tongue is a rare five-level Trickster mouth attack unlocked at Pressure 3. It stuns and damages the first target, roots the player while extended, and branches into Whiplash or Sticky.
  2. Pedal Glands is a rare Secretions passive unlocked at Pressure 5. It leaves a slowing trail while chased and grants Terrain Adaptation when crossed; its specialisations are Thick and Nemertide.
  3. Spinnerets is an epic three-level Secretions ultimate unlocked at Pressure 10. Its web slows enemies and bosses by 66%, makes stunned targets take 50% more damage, and branches into Trap or Egg Sac; Egg Sac creates a cocoon that hatches a Darwee when the web expires.
  4. Jet is a common three-level dash unlocked at Pressure 12. It requires Tentacles plus a Secretion evolution and deploys all current Secretions during the dash.
  5. Contrarian unlocks after discovering 60 evolutions and favors less-picked, rarity-boosted cards. Elitist unlocks after 20 evolution upgrades: new Legendary picks level immediately, new Common picks reduce Max HP by 10%, and ordinary upgrades trigger neither effect.
  6. Mid-run saves work in Endless, Challenges, and regular Pressure Runs. The one save slot records location, stats, evolutions, and nearby creatures; it is overwritten by another save or a new run and is unavailable during Evolution or POI selection.
  7. Slow is now a formal status. Darwee inherits 100% of Physical, Speed, and Terrain Adaptation, has a separate cap of 10, and does not consume the charmed-ally cap.
  8. Eight achievements and five free cosmetics were added. Pest Control's public notes do not state an exact Beeware count, so follow the in-game counter rather than an invented number.
  9. Key build changes include Chosen applying only to new Legendary evolutions, Constriction becoming an escalating path from Antennae, Antlers self-damage being capped at 90% Max HP, and boss stun resistance increasing during fights.
  10. The remaining notes cover controller navigation, cursor options, Codex rarity display, richer world generation, Steam Deck launch resolution, boss behavior, localization, UI, and a long bug-fix list.
